These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of mateslots-aus.com ("the Site") and all services provided by Stable Tech N.V. ("the Operator"), licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence OGL/2024/161/0191. By registering an account and using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.
1. Eligibility
To register and use the services at Mateslots, you must:

- Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not accepted)
- Not be self-excluded from any gambling platform

- Provide accurate and complete information during registration

2. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one account at Mateslots. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") will result in the suspension of all accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances. 3. Bonus Terms

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit at Mateslots is A$30 for card, e-wallet, and PayID methods, and 5 USDT for cryptocurrency. Deposits are processed without internal fees; third-party provider fees may apply. All deposits are credited instantly.
The minimum withdrawal is A$20 for cryptocurrency and A$30 for other methods. Weekly withdrawal limit is A$3,000; monthly limit is A$15,000. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the deposit where possible. The Operator reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, and mandatorily when total transactions exceed A$3,000 (equivalent to approximately €2,000).
5. Responsible Gaming

The Operator's maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the relevant transaction.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process should be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing authority. The Operator is not subject to Australian consumer law or ACMA jurisdiction.
