Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of mateslots-aus.com ("the Site") and all services provided by Stable Tech N.V. ("the Operator"), licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence OGL/2024/161/0191. By registering an account and using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

1. Eligibility

To register and use the services at Mateslots, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not accepted)
  • Not be self-excluded from any gambling platform
  • Confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

The Operator reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If verification cannot be completed, access to withdrawals may be suspended until documentation is provided.

2. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account at Mateslots. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") will result in the suspension of all accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Mateslots will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to a failure to keep credentials secure.

Account registration requires a valid email address or phone number, a username, a password, and selection of a currency. Registration indicates acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Bonus Terms

All bonuses at Mateslots are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

  • Bonuses must be activated before the qualifying deposit is made; bonuses cannot be applied retroactively
  • All cash match bonuses carry a 40× wagering requirement on the bonus amount
  • Free spin winnings carry a 40× wagering requirement
  • Maximum bet while bonus funds are active is A$5 per spin or round
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window from the date the bonus is credited
  • Games ineligible for bonus wagering are listed in the individual promotion terms
  • The Operator reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, correct errors, and amend promotion terms at any time
  • Bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of system errors will result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at Mateslots is A$30 for card, e-wallet, and PayID methods, and 5 USDT for cryptocurrency. Deposits are processed without internal fees; third-party provider fees may apply. All deposits are credited instantly.

The minimum withdrawal is A$20 for cryptocurrency and A$30 for other methods. Weekly withdrawal limit is A$3,000; monthly limit is A$15,000. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the deposit where possible. The Operator reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, and mandatorily when total transactions exceed A$3,000 (equivalent to approximately €2,000).

5. Responsible Gaming

Mateslots provides deposit limits, wagering limits, loss limits, session timers, reality checks, time-outs, and self-exclusion tools accessible from the account settings. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via live chat or the support page. Once activated, self-exclusion is binding for the minimum period stated. 7. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for technical malfunctions, internet connectivity interruptions, or third-party payment processing failures that affect gameplay or transaction processing. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems; the Operator does not accept claims relating to RNG results. The Operator's maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the relevant transaction.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process should be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing authority. The Operator is not subject to Australian consumer law or ACMA jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are published on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the Site following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
